Field Management/ UNsubscribe

I am trying to create a dynamic unsubscribe page. We send out bi-weekly campaigns, Webinars, Newsletters, and New Product updates through marketo. Currently, when someone hits "Unsubscribe to any of the above, they are unsubscribing to all of them. Our customers have been complaining that they havent received our newsletter or product updates. In order to get around this we need to create an Unsubscribe page that give people the option to choose what they unsubscribe to. I know how to create a checkbox list in field manager, but i dont know how to sync these to the campaigns we send out so it recognizes that "this is a newsletter", "this is a campaign", so when they unsubscribe it blocks the appropriate email.
