FIELD_CUSTOM_VALIDATION_EXCEPTION - Disable spam leads getting from website

This is the error message that I'm getting when I'm trying to sync a Marketo lead into salesforce. Has anyone seen this error message before? Any suggestions to troubleshoot? Thanks.

That's a rule on the SFDC side, David. Ask your admin?
