Is there a way to fetch the website content directly to the Marketo email?

Surely you do not want to send an entire web page as email content! Rather, you mean to extract specific content as it's published, i.e. blog posts.

This is done using an RSS-to-Marketo integration, which connects to your feed on a schedule and generates/sends Marketo emails with new content. Check out Digesto and FeedOtter.
