Fetch lead updates in last 24 hours

Best way is definitely to use the Bulk Export API.

Else for UI, you can try creating a SL with filters on Person was created & updated at & than export the result as a csv file.

Why would you be getting "all activities" from the Bulk Activities API just to get the leads updated in the past day?

You can just hit the Bulk Lead API for that. Surely you cannot have so many leads updated each day that only fetching the IDs would overwhelm your daily download limit. The CSV will be microscopic even with 1 million leads (1,000,000 * 8-digit ID plus CRLF ≈ 10 MB).

🠶 I have already tried Get Lead Changes, but it is only returning newly created leads even when I filter by updatedAt.

There’s no such filter on Get Lead Changes. That endpoint is essentially a filtered view of the Activity Log that only selects Change Data Value and New Person log lines. It covers Change Data Value for existing leads, but only for fields you select in the request; it cannot produce “Get me all leads created + leads with any changes in this timeframe.”
