What does this failed to merge code mean? And is there a list of all failed merge codes that I can bookmark?

The numerical value is the ID of one of the records that failed to merge. There's probably an error generated by your CRM that is blocking the merge from completing but the UI doesn't show it. Support can help dig up the error but you may also want to check in your CRM that there aren't any permission or field validation rules that could possibly block the merge.

can you please provide a screenshot of:

1. section of an activity log containing the error

and

2. dialog of the activity containing all the details

you can redact any sensitive information like email addresses
