Hi All,

I just got the above error and was curious as to what it means. Our Marketo program is capturing registrants for a webinar but they are not being passed through to Go to Webinar and when I go to re login into my go to webinar through launch point I get a 500 - error page.

Has this happened to any one else.

Best,

Murphy

This is actually listed as a known issue right now on Marketo's support site (Support ) but there is no ETA on it.

Yes, I am in the middle of setting up 80+ webinars. Just got the error and was about to file a ticket.

Have you heard any updates or solutions?

I am receiving the same error and don't see the issue listed on the support site.

We've been experiencing this error since the 7th... and still no resolution in sight. We are waiting for Marketo support to process our support ticket.

I'm no win the same boat - lots of webinars coming up - launchpoint installed service for gtw not working...Support say there might be a release fix in a couple of weeks and they've just escalated my ticket to Tier 2 - sounds like it's not going to work though...

We switched over to Zoom, not nearly as easy as the GTW Integration (think a 19 page set up guide) but it has not had any issues so far.

We are also getting this issue, it looks like an outdated SSL root certificate on the client side, any ideas@Sanford Whiteman ?

Can you set the remote endpoint to a different URL? Then you could go via an in-between proxy.

Not sure this is possible as its an inherent 'Launchpoint' inbuilt Marketo OauthAuthentication process response back to Marketo which is failing - could be wrong

Hi all,

it seems that the gotowebinar service is now back up and running - at least it is for me...hope it's true for all of you...but...

My marketing team are now asking how they're suppsoed to register those people who filled out our Reg form while the service was down...any bright ideas?

so we have people who think they registered, and we hjave their details in Marketo, but they are not showing in gotowebinar registrations, and they have not been sent the unique access url to get into the webinar when it starts.

Marketing suggested they they take the registrant details and go back to the registration form and manually fill those in one by one on behalf of the people who think they registered...this would get them into the webinar and send then the url - but is there a cleverer way?

This reply is probably too late already, but you can:

  1. Add a "Campaign is Requested" trigger to your webinar registration smart campaign
  2. Run a Smart List for people who filled out the registration form during the downtime
  3. Use a "Request Campaign" step to re-trigger their registrations
