Facebook Tab HTTP 500 Error

Good Morning Community!  This is our first attempt at publishing a landing page to FB and unfortunately we are receiving an error.  The landing page is working fine and was already used in a few emails and a direct mail.  The landing page is: communicate.printtek.com/Holidays.html

When we attempted to publish the page to FB it seemed to work perfectly.  A link appeared below the LP URL within Marketo and the Tab appeared on the list within the FB Page.  However, when we follow the link in Marketo we receive a 404 page not found error.  When we go to the FB tab within FB we receive a HTTP Status 500 error.

Help and suggestions appreciated.

500 error is an internal server error, have you checked with Facebook?

We're getting exactly the same error.

This is a trial Facebook publish for us, before we create a live campaign.

Landing page works fine, in the browser.

Marketo publishes the tab, seemingly succesfully.

Facebook gives exactly the same 500 error as shown above.

Yes, I'm seeing the exact same thing. I've published tabs successfully before, so this is new.
