Facebook -- Marketo Lead Ads Not Passing Through

Hi all,

I am wondering if anyone has any insight on the Facebook lead ad integration. Here is a summary of the steps we have taken:

  • Set up the launchpoint for Facebook Leads ads in Marketo (using a platform with Page level admin access)
  • Set up the campaign/ad/lead form in Facebook
  • Customize the Field IDs in the Facebook form (matching up with the API values used in Marketo)
  • Test & QA the integration - we successfully see leads get through Facebook that we can download via excel. However, the leads are not passing through to Marketo
    • Customer support says that they can see the Facebook API call, but there seems to be an issue with the sync to Marketo

Has anyone else run into this issue or have any solutions that we can try to get the integration fixed?
