Facebook Lead Ads Integration – Leads Not Showing in Marketo

Hello Everyone,

We recently connected Facebook Lead Ads with Marketo and submitted a few test leads. However, the leads are not showing up in Marketo yet. I’ve checked the integration and confirmed that all the field mappings are set up correctly.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a solution?

This may sound stupid, but it solves a lot of issues: Disconnect your Facebook account in Marketo and then re-connect it again.

    And make sure the Marketo account has appropriate permissions for the Facebook page the ads are are being displayed on.

    Hi @nihaladav 

     

    1) Please verify in LaunchPoint whether the Facebook Lead Ads service is both authorized and active.

    2) Additionally, confirm that the correct Facebook Page(s) are connected under Marketo Admin.

    3) Ensure the user who authorized the Facebook integration has Lead Access permissions for the page within Facebook Business Manager.

    4) If the test form is unpublished or associated with a different Business Manager, Marketo won’t be able to capture leads from it.

     

    Kindly review the above points and confirm if everything is correctly set up on your end.
