Facebook Engagement

I'm looking for ways to track engagement on Facebook outside of form fill-to-lead which is obviously already possible. For example, how persons who have been cookied on our site have interacted with a post or an ad on Facebook - did they comment? etc. I realize this is a stretch but I'm throwing the idea out there for thoughts.
