Extremely slow load times for reports & lists

Hello,
We are experiencing major performance issues with Marketo. Reporting in the Analytics tab is nearly impossible, as reports take 30 minutes - 1 hour to load, and often time out. Smart lists and campaigns take a long time as well, and we have to refresh often. An email sending to 30,000 leads can take hours to qualify and begin sending. 

Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?
