External Email - this message originated from an outside source

Has anyone else experienced the following when receiving test emails to an Outlook Inbox? I cannot find anything in the community on the topic, and it only seems to be occurring for one specific program in our instance.

I doubt it's for only one program, that wouldn't make sense.

In any case, it's added by the mail server, typically when elements of the message appear to use your corporate domain (which doesn't mean they are "spoofing" your domain though often that word is misapplied).
