Export Form Data to a PDF

Is it possible to export form data to a PDF and subscribe that PDF to an email address? I would like to create an application using a Marketo form, and ideally that application should export a PDF so I can add it as an attachment to a Salesforce lead page.

Marketo doesn't have an out of box capability to do that.  You may be able to do this using the Marketo and Salesforce APIs with a PDF creation app.
