export field names of form

Hello,
          I need to export all fields of my form in XML,CSV OR any other file type by which i can save that fields to another location OR just import in my databse.

Hello Again,

                    I found below details :

Find the Form Field Names

Go to Admin > Field Management and click the “Export Field Names” button to download a spreadsheet with the API field names. Use the API name as the name in your name-value pairs.
  
                     I need same things but fields of particular FORM.

           please tell me is there any feature to export particular FORM fields ?

it does not matter export fields feature of particular FORM in XML,CSV OR any other file type. i am waiting for your Reply
