Export Field Names and DESCRIPTIONS in Field Management

Would be great if in field management, we could export not only the API/label names of the fields, but also their associated descriptions.  The current process is clicking on each field to determine the description, but there are situations where you may need a more aggregate view, especially for sharing with Salesforce admins.
