You can expose each email as a Sales Insight email, but then they could send it themselves.

If you want, you can also turn on Email Sent Activity in Admin >Salesforce. Not usually recommended, but it will post the email as a Task to each Lead that gets it.

After that, just take a screen shot or export the HTML and package it up.

You could also add them to the nurture.

I have occasionally used Invisionapp.com for this purpose (you can capture the email with the chrome extension by sending it to yourself and then "view in browser").

This is a good question! Also, you could send the sample e-mails first to your own e-mail, open them in a browser and pick&list the preview urls.

Thanks everyone for your helpful answers. The suggestion of sending yourself the email and then using the "view in browser" link is what we already use. But I had to do this for a recent campaign which had more than 15 emails and it took me a long time from sending myself a test and then getting the link then putting it into a spreadsheet. I wish there was a a way that you could click on the program and export all the subject lines with the "view in browser" links and put it all onto one page so you can then just give it to the sales guys. It would save a lot of hassle.
