Export chart from RE

I just started working with Revenue Explorer today and have been working to create heat grids that show what we're looking for. I went to export them so that I can send it to my director and our CMO, but when I do the export, I never get the chart to appear. I've tried doing it in all of the formats and I'm getting the filter details and the charts that show the exact numbers by day/time, but I don't get the chart to show to people. Is this broken or am I doing something wrong?
