If the leads unsubscribe from a specific promotional email campaign and specifically states by email to remove them do you:
1. Remove them from SFDC campaigns past and current campaigns?
2. Remove them from your database in Marketo only and retain them in SFDC?
3. Even if you have a preference center and they still request to be removed from your lists, do you remove them from SFDC and Marketo?

1. No, we won't remove from SFDC campaigns, but we will obviously remove them from any future marketing emails.
