"Expire user now" button

As we are now able to expire users instead of deleting them, some companies want to enforce a rule of no longer deleting users (mainly for compliance issues).

Yet, we cannot set the expire date in the past. And there are situations where we may need to expire a user immediately.

So, instead of or in addition to the "delete user" button, we would need to have an "expire now" button that would immediately inactivate the user.
