Expand RTP User Context API Functionality

The RTP userContext API - I would like to suggest a couple of refinements to the current functionality.

1. Extend the character limit from 100 to a larger number.
    - Anything would be appreciated but why limit it to such a small number of characters?
2. Extend the API to allow a call for all five custom vars in a single JSON response.
    - One call to get a JSON object with the full scope of set of five custom vars available in userContext.
