Hi, I have a Nurture Loop program with two streams; Main (the active one) and Paused. I noticed that after an email we have lost some people in the Main stream, as they are exhausted. I am afraid we have lost them due the fact that there was no active emails in the stream.
Is it possible to bring back those people who were exhausted? Or move some people from the Paused stream?
If you wish to transition exhausted leads of one stream to other stream the simple way is to use a Batch Campaign with following Smart List and Flow rules:

Also Exhausted Leads are not in any case lost, exhaustion simply means that there is no more content in the stream to send them, as shown above you can change stream of such leads or add more content to the existing stream so that they start receiving content.
