Exhausted Content Alert for Marketing team

Hi,
I would like to notify both the business development reps and the solutions marketing team when a contact has reached exhausted content in an engagement stream. I have built and alert but I am having a hard time figuring out what trigger to use in my smart camapign smart list. Can we trigger off of exhausted content?

You cannot trigger off of exhausted content.  What you can do is set up a recurring batch campaign that runs after every cast. You can then use the send alert feature to send the alert email.
