Executable Campaigns for Updating Program Member Fields Not Scalable

I was hoping to use a central Executable Campaign to update a number of program member fields, but this does not seem to be a scalable/realistic solution. The "Change Program Member Data" flow step requires that you indicate the program that is being updated, which makes any hope of having a global solution not possible. In the below examples, I would need to create a Flow Step for every single program that qualifies.

 

Am I overlooking something here? Is the best way to update program member tokens still within the program itself VS globally?

I'm assuming that since the other fields are populated based on the program selection, you can't use a program token?

 

  • {{program.Name}}
  • {{program.id}}

I haven't tried this, assuming it won't work....but give it a go. If not, then no, doesn't seem like what you are attempting is possible. Boo!
