Question

excluding members of other programs?

I have a few email programs going that are sending out the same email, but I want the very last send to be all of our contacts but excluding all the members of the previous programs.

I think I'm confusing myself with the member of program filter.  Is the below set-up going to only pull leads that have been a member of ANY program except these 3 (has to have been in a program before)?  Or is it going to pull leads all of our leads and exclude those 3 programs.  I'm aiming for the later.

For clarity, maybe reverse the filter to something like member of program: false, program is (list of 3 programs)

Hi Nichole-
Based on the screenshot, they are going to pull all people who exist in your database that are a member of any OTHER program than the three listed (so the FORMER).

Are you sure that you want to hit everyone from every other program that you have?  I can't totally tell from your screenshot but I woudl guess that you have a fair amount of programs than just email programs.

Hope this helps.

I was worried that was only going to include those that had been in a program.  I actually want to hit everyone in our database regardless of their member status in any program except those in 3 specific programs.

Did you ever figure this out? I am wrestling with the same question now.
