Exclude ill formed emails from the "Marketable" count

The new lead dashboard is great, but the list of leads that are considered as NON marketable is not complete, IMHO.

The marketable count should exclude leads which email address exist (is not empty) and have never been bounced yet (email invalid = false) but surely will next time and email is sent to them.

The minimum would be to exclude email addresses that do not contain an "@" and a ".". Ideally, a real regex testing would be better.

I understand this could be improved a bit, but in many cases we won't know.

Example: justin@test is a valid email address according to the RFC. In the future, these addresses may become more common
