Exclude Employee BUT Include some

I have a smart list created that captures all employees by the domain name. So it's Email address contains ncmassociates.com. Works great! I use this list to exclude employees from getting marketing emails so it won't skew results.

BUT now upper management wants SOME employees to get those emails so they are more aware of what's going out.

I can't seems to figure out the logic of having emails go to the correct target audience which uses my Exclude employee smart list but now say to include these 5 people. Any idea on how I can accomplish this besides having my exclude employee list literally listing out all employees email addresses I want to exclude (that would be way to crazy to manage). TIA.
