Exclude campaign recipients from other emails

What is the best way to exclude leads from previous campaign sends? I want to avoid anyone receiving multiple emails in the same day.

Can someone confirm if this is set-up correctly and using the appropriate filters?

It is hard to tell if these filters will be succesful without knowing the audience that you want this sent to...if you are confident in the lists that you have, I would say your logic works.

Only thing I would suggest is using the "Not Was Sent Email" filter.
