Event Settings not exposed?

We are setting up a webinar with an event partner. We've set everything up via the documentation but get stuck when we create the event in Marketo - "event settings" isn't exposed. We've switched program types to see if we could get this exposed via a different type of program but aren't able to get this working.

Has anyone else had this issue?

What webinar solution are you using? You've got it all configured properly in LaunchPoint?

GoToWebinar, we have it all configured in Launchpoint. It's showing as "status = active" in launchpoint.

RIchard, do you see a link called Event Partner on the home/summary tab for the event?  Can you send a screenshot?

Hi Cheryl,

Sorry for not responding sooner, support was able to resolve the issue. What happened is we set up the program as a webinar which didn't have the event settings exposed. After it was created the program was switched over to Event with Webinar, but because it wasn't originally created that way the event settings weren't exposed. We re-created the program with the correct type and it's all working just fine now.
