EU Cookie Policy: Data Privacy Statement

Our Legal department is asking for language for our data privacy statement in regards to the use of Marketo: what kind of information the cookies store, where it's stored, etc. They would like us to say we are using Marketo in the statement. Does anyone have an example of this? I've looked through the discussions but have not found any that specifically mention using a marketing automation tool, or Markeo specifically. Thank you.
