Error with Marketo Insights tab - Lime limit exceeded

I have a few users who have experienced errors when clicking on the Marketo Insights tab - the error shows Time Limit Exceeded.  Can anything provide details on how to resolve this?

I also have experienced this error intermittently so it is not consistent to user.
