Error when trying to sync Program to SFDC campaign

Currently I am getting an error when trying to sync a program to a SFDC campaign. Has anyone seen this before and is it just an error currently or would it have something to do with the sync user's permissions?

Looks like the Marketo user lacks permissions on the Campaign object in Salesforce.

    I think I ended up answering my own question right after I posted this as I believe the sync user for the client was not set as a Marketing User!
