Error when trying to approve Segmentation Draft

I am trying to edit a segmentation I have set up.  I've created a draft and am ready to approve it.  Only I keep getting an error everytime it start to approve.  Has anyone run into this problem before/know a way to fix it?

    Have all of your segments been defined by smart lists?

    • Ask support
    • check your smart lists
    • how many records are in your database? Having a lot of records may cause issues, but usually the error is "Timeout" or "could not process"

        Hi,

        I'm having the same problem.

        How do we define smart lists for segments?

        You would define the smart list for the segment within the draft, in the smart list tab.

        I was missing one of my Smart Lists!!  This is working now.  Thanks for your help
