Error when creating new custom service

Hello Team,

I am unable to create new service as when selecting custom service , API only user dropdown is disabled or not selectable. Is there access permission issue to my profile ?

For the creating custom API service you first need to create a API user in the Users and Roles section in Admin, you cannot create a custom service without having the API user configured. See the complete guide from marketo official docs to create a custom service here.
