Error Message 20133 - Invalid Import List Header

Our company uses Marketo as a customer integration with the application our company supports.  I don't know a lot about SOAP and APIs, ect, but the integration is used with these account details:

  • Marketo Account Number
  • Marketo Encryption Key
  • Marketo SOAP API Endpoint
  • REST API Endpoint
  • REST API Identity

When a user processes the request for a test email campaign, the Error Message 20133 - Invalid Import List Header is always the ending result.

Can anyone tell me what this error is and maybe how to resolve the issue? I would greatly appreciate it!

Hi Danielle,

Could you provide a redacted example SOAP call, or just the importFileHeader from one of the calls being made?  This error can be caused by any number of bad inputs, so it's not possible to give an answer without being able to take a look at the specific input.
