Error loading "Email Performance" report

Is anybody else having trouble loading the out-of-the-box "Email Performance" report in Analytics? We used to get a monthly email from Marketo with this report called "Data Management.All Emails Sent Last Month Report." Those stopped coming in October. Since then, I have tried to pull it manually and get an error every time.

Could you post the error message that you're getting when you attempt to pull the report manually?

Hi Jeremy - 

A few things you might want to try: 

  • Double check the setup tab of the report
    • Is your date range valid?
    • Do you have any errors in the setup filters?
  • Double check the smart list tab of the report
    • Do you have any errors in the smart list filters (any red squiggly lines or blank fields)? 

If you checked these items and the report still throws an error I would suggest creating a support ticket so the support team can pull the actual details of the report and provide guidance.
