Error contacting Gmail API

We're trying to get our team set up on the Gmail Plug-In for Sales Insight and are encountering a few problems.  

1)  When we try to log an email in Marketo using the plug-in, it says "Error contacting Gmail API." What is causing that?

2) How long does it take to sync that email with Sales Insight?  Right now, it doesn't sync at all when we do this, but I'm assuming that's because we are getting the above API error.

Any ideas?

Your best bet is to reach out to support, they can help find out what is going on and get it fixed for you. As far as #2, the data is pushed right away.

Thanks, Erik - good to know that, when I don't have the error, I"ll be able to see it immediately.
