Engagement - Stream Cadence

I have been asked internally if we can set up our drip (engagement stream cadence) to drop on different days, every two weeks. (Believing that sending it on the same day every two weeks will make the email seem predictable). Is there a way to have a specific stream's cadence be set to a different day without changing the stream manually?

I would add a "Wait" of X days to the Flow, so you can change each send as needed.

You cannot add a wait step except to a transition or a campaign.

One way to handle this is to have the stream run on different days like T/F. Another way is to have two streams: One sends Fridays, the other Tuesdays. When an Email is Sent, the lead is transitioned to the other Stream, so it ping pongs back and forth.

Another way would be to add Programs with wait steps, but that may be harder to manage.
