Engagement Score in Smart Campaigns?

I've just read The New Metrics for Email Marketing ebook (again) and have a question about the proprietary Engagment Metric/Score. So far I've only seen it appear if I do an Email Program. How can I get this score for emails sent through smart campaigns?

You cannot. it only appears on Email Send and Engagement programs.
