Question

Engagement score if you use a program to send an email

Could you please clarify what needs to be done in order to obtain an engagement score in the case where a program is used to send an email. Should there should be a campaign to change the program status to sucess? Does the score take into account other program statuses (e.g. opened, clicked)? Does the score account for other factors, like unsubscribes? Thanks!

Programs/Campaigns are not given an engagement score. As far as I understand.

Does that mean that there is no automatic scoring if you use programs in an engagement stream?

That is what I say is the answer. Campaigns/Programs added to an engagement stream aren't given the same scoring that an email is given.

So the Engagement Score will be 0 on the stream if you use programs?  Seems like a big hole in functionality.

no, 0 is a score, it will have no score and be represented by --

In the thread below, Cheryl C says something about it being based on the percentage of program success, though it's not entirely clear to me.
