I am setting up my 1st nuture email campaign using the Customer Engagement Program Engine;  It will only consists of 3 emails over a 6 week period;  What are the common progression statuses that are usually used for this type of campaign?  I was just going to keep it simple and have Member, Email 1, Email 2 and Email 3 so as to track each person's deliverinablity of the emails?

Any suggestions or ideas out there that others have used for something like this?

Debbie, when you set up a nurture campaign it comes predefined with a set of statuses that should work well to start.

To check what those are, drag in a Change Program Status  in the flow step of a smart campaign, and open the drop down in the New Status: field.

The default for Engagements is Member and Engaged (when that person reaches a score).

It is possible to create a new Engagement Channel and add statuses of your choosing. Take a look at the old Nurture Program statuses or base them on what you want out of the lead:

Member
Engaged
MQL
SQL
Won
Lost

If you are going to extend this nurture program over time, Engagements is a good idea. If you think this will be a one time run, then you might as well use a basic drip.
