Engagement Programs - ability to refresh "Streams" tab

In an engagement program, the tabs "Program Name", "Setup", "My Tokens", and "Members" can all be clicked again and the tab will refresh. Unfortunately, the tab "Streams" does not have this refresh functionality, but it should. There are times where I need to refresh the streams to get an accurate "People in Stream" count and the only option is to refresh the entire browser or to navigate back to the tab after visiting another program asset.
