Hi all,

I am trying to set-up the statuses for my engagement programs. Can you tell me the difference between 'Engaged' and 'Responded'?

Thank you!

Mandy

They can be whatever you want!

I recommend coming up with several statuses and defining the triggers:

  • Member (added)
  • Clicked
  • Engaged (maybe filled out at least 1 form?)
  • Reached Goal (whatever that is)
  • Bad Exit - did something you did not want
  • Unsubscribed - exited from an email in this program.

Josh,

When you say come up with several statuses defining triggers, do you mean create new SCs with the triggers in them?

For instance, if I wanted to create on for 'Engaged', would I create a SC and then in my Smart list, I would say "Fills out form" trigger and that would be "any". The flow would say "Change program status' to "Engaged"?
