Engagement Program: Plain txt and Reporting

Hi all,

two questions on the Engagement Program:
  1. Am I right, that no engagement score can be calculated if I send the email as plain txt?
  2. I have emails in my Engagement program that are not local to it, i.e. live in different programs. I wanted to set up an email performance report for this engagement program, but no emails are found in it. I understand that, but is there a way to workaround that?

Hi Michael,

1) The engagement score for text only emails is not very useful because we can’t track email metrics such as opens and clicks.
2) What you can do is you can go to RCE and reference those emails that are in your Engagement Engine. What you can also do is go to your Engagement Stream Performance Report > Setup > and then choose the emails that are part of that Engagement Program
