Engagement Program & Logging Emails as Tasks in Salesforce

I would like to log a task in salesforce each time an email is sent to a lead by my engagement program. Is there a way that I can do this within the stream or would I just create a campaign (that triggers on the email being sent) that rolls up into the engagement program itself? Thanks!

Go to Admin > SFDC > Activities and check the box for Email Send. I don't usually recommend this, but this is the easiest way to do what you want.

Keep in mind this does take up space in SFDC.

Oh yes, I was hoping to avoid that option as I don't want all of my emails to sync to salesforce - especially as we're limited on space. I guess I'll use the flow step "Create Task" in a child campaign for my engagement program. Thanks for your help!
