Engagement Program is not saving changes - anyone else having this issue?

This evening, attempting to get an engagement program started that is scheduled for its first drop tomorrow, I'm finding that none of my updates tonight to the program cadence (important to schedule) or to email approvals are saving.  I"m curious if anyone else is having this issue.

I made a change to my cadence yesterday. Moved it forward 5 hours. When I came back to it after realizing the cast hadn't deployed I saw it was still on the original cadence time. 

Today I changed my testing campaign from cadence M, T, W, T, F to only M&F. When I just checked it was reset to M-F not only M&F. 

There are bugs. Have you created a ticket about this already?

I did put in a case ticket.  I haven't yet received an acceptable reponse from Marketo support, but this morning it appears that I was able to schedule the newsletter I need to send to go out today.
