Engagement Program by User Activity

Question

Hi,we want to prepare an engagement program so that it follows this logic:1. User receives first email. // If they don't engage they get a new version of the first email 5 days later///2. If the user engages with one product, they receive an email specific to that product 3 Days later (this works for 4 different products) /// If the user does not engage with the product-specific email, they get a resend a week later.I have been studying and reading product docs, training notes, and the definite guide available for download but I can't find a way to set up the logic above!We would like to test and launch this soon, so any advice is welcome.Please help!Thanks,Mercedes

Looking at this you'd have to build out different Smart campaigns rather than an engagement program.

You would need to set up the flow something like this:

Smart Campaign 1:

Smart List: Was sent email AND Not clicked link
Flow: Wait 5 Days
Flow: Resend email

Smart Campaign 2 (assuming the engagement with a product is via an email):

Smart List: Was sent email AND Clicked Link (pick the 4 product links)
Flow: Wait 3 Days
Flow: Send Specific Product Email - Using Choices in flow

Smart Campaign 3

Smart List: Was sent email AND Not Clicked Link
Flow: Wait 7 Days
Flow: Resend Email
