Engagement program

I am trying to set up a nurture campaign, and have created my email assets, approved them, put them into the straem and activated the stream.  
 

I added a smartlist for the campagin (it only has two people because I wanted to test it out on myself and another person in the company).  I set the flow to add to engagement program.  I set the cadence and ran the program.

When it runs, on the results page it tells me that: Testing Again, Not in program -> Member   Then it says Testing Again, Not In program - > Normal 

(the smartlist light never turns on by the way)

I have no idea what this means and can't figure out why it's not working.  Why arn't the leads part of the program?

Did you use the Engagement Test function?

Or did you create a set of campaigns:

Entry (Trigger)
Entry (Batch) - this is the one to use to test those leads you mentioned
Exit (Trigger) - when someone reaches the Goal.

It sounds like you may need to Activate the trigger campaign.

I created a smart campaign, it has a batch entry.  

The campaign says completed (2 leads qualified)

But I never recieved the stream (the email that was put into the stream).  The scedule was set to run right away, so it's not waiting.
