Engagement over time vs program status in engagement program dashboard

I can't figure out how or why some of my engagement program dashboards show engagement over time and others show program status:

There should be a little gear to change this view.

Level 3

No gear on the program status and the gear on the engagement over time only allows you to switch the streams you are viewing.

Ok, so I can confirm that the Engagement Summary shows Engagement Over Time. I cannot modify anything to show the other option.

I thought it might have to do with when the engagement was first setup, but it doesn't look like it.

I wonder if the programs in question are still active or ON?

If memory serves this is a result of toggling the Exhausted Content Notifcations setting in Setup. The ones with it on should show Eng over time.

This didn't change it, I have still not been able to figure this one out... WEIRD!
