Engagement Engine only sending first email in each stream

Hi all,

I am running into an issue where my engagement engine is only sending the first email in each stream, instead of following the rest of the stream cadence.

I don't believe that the leads could transition between each stream so quickly, because of the transition rules that I have set up.

Please help
