Response:

Marketo cannot track any change made on any lookup field from your CRM. So it is displayed as a GUID instead. You can always put your suggestion on our ideas page for our products development team to consider it.

Suggestion: please enable the sync of on premise CRM 2011 lookup fields to Marketo.
